I ordered the Gain pods and the toilet paper. It said delivered, but I didn't get anything.

I checked my camera, and nothing was delivered. I called UPS; they said it wasn't delivered because the label was wrong, like before with my paper towels. This is such an embarrassment and inconvenience for me. Please refund my two items: my toilet paper and my Gain pods.

I don't know why the label is wrong. I did, however, receive my refund for my paper towels.

I was shopping with my 11-year old granddaughter, and a *** and a vibrator were put in my cart! I didn't add them!

Refund my money. UPS said that your company put the wrong tracking number and wrong address, and I need a refund or to resend what I ordered.

Received only one package so far. I've only received one, and the one package that I did receive, the outfit was used.

It did not have a tie. It was inside out, and I'm really pissed because I can't seem to get a hold of anybody. Is this how y'all do business? If so, everybody needs to know how you're doing business because y'all are nothing but scammers.

Nobody will return my call, bothered to even answer me and let me know where my packages are. I will never order from this chain anymore.

Check items before packing. Examine items with zippers to make sure the zippers go up and down properly. It's a nice dress, but poor quality of the zipper.

The delivery man said he delivered the package to me but he didnt the picture he took confirmed that he left the package on the first floor by the mailbox. I dont have A door man and I live on the third floor or he had to do was come upstairs and knock on my door and hand me my package but he chose to leave it downstairs where anybody can come in the building and take it because my entry door doesnt lock. So I asked for A refund and they declined my payment
