I ordered a dog bed and it went to the wrong address and, they put the wrong tracking number on it and I showed them proof of my address on the product and they will not give me my product or my money back

I had a package that was supposed to be delivered today. They did not deliver it to me; they sent it to the wrong address.

I gave them the full address; it shows on the tracking information that it was supposed to be sent to building 611, apartment 1C. It showed that they sent it to a house that was 6'11, and that is not my door.
